Mr. Eppich holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University and Computer and Information Sciences from the University of California in Berkeley. Richard’s early career included the founding of the software company Enterra Systems Inc., a ‘Workforce Suite’ for the management of data: relating to cost, time, attendance, and scheduling. Mr. Eppich is currently the Vice-Chair and Director of the World Trade Center – Vancouver. He is also the Director of the Greater Vancouver Board of Trade.

GRAHAM HINDSON

CPA, CA, CFA, Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Hindson joined Ebco after a successful thirteen-year tenure with KPMG and advanced to Senior Manager of the Industrial Markets group within the firm and focusing on primarily public company and public interest entity audits in the energy, natural resources, technology, and manufacturing sectors. Graham is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) with the CFA Institute and a Chartered Professional Accountant with the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada). Mr. Hindson holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Simon Fraser University, an Accounting and Finance Diploma from the UBC Sauder School of Business, and a Master’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Saskatchewan.

IVAN BARRERAS FERNANDEZ

Director of Operations

Mr. Barreras Fernandez is an innovative professional with over 10 years of experience in Enterprise Management and Operations. He has a proven track record of driving company growth, revenue, and operational efficiency while overseeing multiple departments and staff of up to 700 people. Before relocating to Canada, Ivan held significant roles in Cuba, including General Manager and Deputy General Manager at an Electronic Industry Company, overseeing production, strategic development, and operations management. Mr. Barreras Fernandez holds a degree in Telecommunication and Electronics Engineering from the High Polytechnical Institute José Antonio Echevarria in Havana, Cuba, as well as a diploma in Electronics Technician from the Technical Institute of Electronics, also in Havana.

JILL TIPPING

Non-Executive Board Member

Jill started her career as a Director in Deloitte’s telecoms, technology, and media group in the UK and, more recently was VP Operations and CFO with Schneider Electric Solar. Currently, Ms. Tipping is President and CEO of B.C. Tech, a non-profit dedicated to making B.C. the best place to grow and scale a tech company. Jill holds an MA in Economic History from St. Andrews University and an MSc in Management from Stanford and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Vancouver Economic Commission, the Digital Technology Supercluster, the Emerging Economy Task Force, and the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra.
