You can use the Madrid System if you are a national of – or have a domicile or business in – any of the 131 countries covered by the Madrid System's 115 members.
You must also already have – or have applied for – a national or regional trademark registration in the IP Office of a Madrid System Member.
To expand the geographical coverage of, or modify or renew your international registration you will have to pay additional fees.
